It was a very short day, but it was nice to walk slowly and enjoy the cool morning. I also got where I was going before the rain came.
I’ve got the albergue to myself tonight. It’s kind of lonely. My group disappeared on me.
Im arriving to Ourense tomorrow. Its a common starting point for those who walk the minimum distance to get a compostela. That’s the certificate for walking at least 100 km. Im hoping to get some kind of peer group, even if it’s only for a few days.

The last remaining long day in my journey. It went well, but the first 4 hours were rough. Very windy and cold. The last part went lots better, probably because I had a gigantic infusion of sugar and caffeine.
Also, it was mostly downhill lol
