I signed up for a 10k and now have a goal to keep going. Good. It’ll be in mt angel in September.

Had mom’s conference call at dad’s today. We hang out before and after, usually, and I really enjoy it. He ranted about politics for awhile lol. I’m glad to be able to provide the service. The RN thinks that mom has progressed, and I have to agree. She still seems ok, according to the staff, and is enjoying her life such as it is.

Not much else to report. Had two good walks because of the glorious weather.
