Had my annual physical today. Got told to lose 10 pounds. It’s not a bad idea.

It was warm and sunny, just a lovely day. Got an extra walk in.

Had fun at an estate sale too. It’s always a treat to get neat stuff for cheap.

Wednesday. Had a nice morning working to tidy and organize my place. Took a walk before the rain started. Read a book.

Nice day working on an art project and visiting with Lora for a bit. Almost feel like myself again

Today’s the day I stay up until 8 pm, I can feel it.
