Spent the day at a friend’s house, playing with her kids and eating treats. It was nice to do something different.
Didn’t get any exercise in but I’ll make up for it tomorrow lol. We’ll, that’s what I’ll try to do anyway
We're on a trip to some far-away places, but not just now

Did some food shopping today and read on the couch a lot. I did not really sleep last night so tonight I’m hoping for better.
Still went and got my 10,000 steps but it was tough.
Tomorrow I’ll get some kid time in with Amanda’s little ones. They’re fun and they adore me so that’s nice lol.
Another lovely day for an extra long walk. 3.5 hours up to market of choice on 29th for a coffee, across amazon Park to Hendricks Park, back through the pioneer cemetary and campus. Really really nice day.
The tiny painting in the last picture came from the Tiny Art Gallery near my house. An actual artist runs it lol so there’s always something to take, or room to leave something I made. What I take is always neat, things I leave, well, maybe not so artistic.
Saw my first daffodil of the year. It made me unbelievably cheerful lol. I’m easy to please sometimes.
Had an extra long walk and enjoyed it a lot. As I was passing through downtown I noticed that all the street people were riled up over something. All except one guy, who was expounding on his dislike for pickles and tomatoes. I think he saw me smiling a little bc he then went on to tell his little group how much all women loved pickles, just love them. And I do, it’s true.
I just love picking up little snatches of conversations when I’m walking through downtown. I have heard some hilarious stuff.
Started a stephen king book and it’s going great. I’ve read all of his stuff but the Dark Tower series. Just couldn’t get into it for some reason.
