Low key day today. The weather was really nice and I enjoyed getting my walk in. Yesterday I felt punished. What was that about? Anyhoo, had a great day messing around with some art stuff and going to see Kathy’s house with Lora. We talked about bimart lol. Sigh. I’m glad that’s behind us.

Thinking about going somewhere in September. Have to look at my budget and see.

Sure do enjoy the nights that charisma spends the night. This morning after she woke up, there was an intense conversation about “breakfast, juice, and a movie.” I hear you, sis. At Mary’s house you get tater tots and Christmas movies for breakfast, goddam right you do.

Had a real nice talk with a high school classmate at winco. Her mom has just passed from alzheimer’s. Brutal. We stood there in front of God and the world and cried together in the checkout line.

Went home and ate candy to recover.

Charisma is over and we’re having fun.

I skipped my walk today for mental health reasons.

Keto is going good. It’s low carb, really, but my pants fit better on day 5, so that’s enough.

Another Thursday. Walked at the mall until the stores opened. Almost went and bought a pair of shoes but controlled myself. Shopped in my shoe box instead. I’m astonished by the number of pairs of basically brand new shoes that I have.

Killed some time at hirons. What a lot if junk. Now I’m enjoying watching Kickboxer like smart people do……as much as possible that is.
