Well. I got some sleep after the pubs closed, anyway. I may have discovered why this hotel was so affordable lol. It’s great in every other way.

Had a chilly morning but it warmed up and I had a wonderful walk through this big park, all the way to a neat old church. The lady gave me a little tour. Neat.

There wasn’t any good way to cheaply get to the next thing I was gonna do, so I took a chance on Google maps. It sometimes leads me down a path,, so to speak. This time it worked out thank goodness, and I got to see some countryside too.

A lot of the walk was along the taff trail.

It is unbelievably cool. If I was a cycling person I would definitely go do this thing.

Bc I’m lazy I took the bus back.

After some random crap from tesco for lunch I checked out the Welsh senate building. No tour but it’s neat just the same.

I’m tired now and ready to rest.

I saw a lot today, enough actually, of cardiff. I’m off to swansea tomorrow for some beach action.

A travel day. Had a big lunch out for my weekly sit down restaurant meal. Fish and chips to murder my stomach but it was good. A nap.

I’m still a hot mess but I’ve got more energy tonight.

Had another walking tour today cause why not, it was just ok and the wind was a bitch. It was too cold to enjoy being outside. Still, I got to know the West end a little better. I can now navigate the West side of the london without a map. So that’s nice.

Saturdays street traffic was nonexistent, but holy cow the sidewalks were INSANE. So many slow walkers lol. I lost my mind, a little. It’s like NYC on weekends; just a different town entirely.

Today’s high point was the guided parliament tour. I make a point of seeing as many as possible. The guide was great. What a storyteller. I almost was interested in English politics! Just for a minute.

Tonight’s my last night in London. Off to wales tomorrow to see what that’s all about.
