It’s Thursday so it must mean I’m on a walking tour. Lol no that’s not what it means but that’s what happened anyway.
It was really good. The dude is getting his masters in Argentinan history. A tidalwave of information was dispensed and I loved it. Also walking around the neighborhood was cool all by itself.
Had a really good day and it was probably because I actually slept reeeaaalllyy good for the first time. Feeling myself for once.
Long day walking around. I just happened to have some leftover crap to eat thank god. Alllllll the stores were closed, and every open restaurant had long lines. Next week, I’ll be more prepared. May 25 is a big one here. Fireworks are cool, so I look forward to it.
Today’s walk was just ok. The guide had a fast, quiet. monotone that was challenging to listen to. I’m afraid I just tuned out a lot of what he was saying.
Also spent an hour fooling around with some colored pencils. Drawing is meditation sometimes.
Had a pretty good one today. After sleeping for way too long, found the coffee and all was well in the universe
My ATM card doesn’t work here basically, so I’m glad I can send money to myself via western union. Also that way I get a better currency exchange rate. US dollars go a long way here, so I’m grateful for that.
Just had a nice day walking around and looking at stuff. My hostel is pretty central so I can just pop in for a rest or for more coffee if needed. After lunch I was ready for something to actually do, so I signed up for a walking tour. It was educational and I’m about that, so the gal got a good tip.
Nothing really planned for tomorrow but to see what’s free, that there is to see.
All I managed was a walk in the neighborhood to find groceries, and to take a nap. I didn’t have to worry about underdressing, everyone is wearing sneaks and puffy coats.
