Another good day on the treadmill. I have yet to quit on the running program. It feels good, all that dopamine. For about 3 hours, my mood is awesome

Went back to the estate sale and bought some unframed art. It’s going to be fun getting it framed

100 people showed up for the estate sale I was at today. 100. All early. Unbelievable.

It was a good one. Wish I’d brought more money, and my car. Even being the 75th person in I still found something. I’m going back tomorrow to see if any thing is still there. The lady was an artist and the studio was neat. Lots of brand new art supplies.

Some ok art but it was cheap, so if it’s still there…I’ll have more art. I don’t need it.

Had fun with Charisma. We went to the adventure museum again. Then ice cream and McDonald’s. Sure do love her.

Nice evening walk by the river. It’s less muggy after sundown thank goodness.

Kept up with the c25k pretty good today. Was a little worried bc of the doms I seem to have for no reason. Feeling good otherwise

Had a nice time at the downtown thrift store. Watched a lady spend 300 dollars there. We talked and she actually got some great stuff. She got lucky, or just sees what’s there and has good value.

At mecca I found some neat stuff in the warehouse section. Bought some colored pencils for a few cents each.

Lost at trivia night again. It’s fun and I enjoy going up there on the bus.

Up early today to be there for the tree guys that I hired for dads yard. They were on time almost, and pretty much got right to work. The 2 spruce trees produced an astonishing amount of green waste. The crew had 2 big loads for rexius.

The low man on the totem pole was clearly unused to heavy yard work. I watched the crew boss get increasingly irritated with him, and then they started bitching at each other. I had to stop my busywork in the yard to go inside lol. Kind of unpleasantly funny to listen to.

Anyway, check written and mission accomplished. Now dad can easily mow and not give himself a stroke over the yard work this summer.

Even though it’s only been 2 years the housepaint needs maintenance. I think I’ll caulk and repaint the sun facing walls. Lots of leftover paint from 2020.

Nice walk after dinner through downtown and campus. The last of the spring flowers are just hanging on.
