Good day on the treadmill. C25k has done its job. I can run constantly without stopping for 30 minutes. Again. Lol anyway, on to work on a 10k.

The hoa meeting was today. The pizza was good at least.

It’s cooler today. Got 20,000 steps outside. The pollen is down as well. Things are good.

Another Sunday. It’s freaking hot still. Had a good visit with mom. She didn’t have a lot to say but seemed happy to get visitors. We’ll have a small birthday celebration on Wednesday.

Spent some time at the vrc enjoying the ac and people watching. Lots of summer visitors in town.

The heat has driven a few of the local homeless completely insane. I had to drive carefully to avoid several people literally in the street. Running out in moving traffic and all. Sad.

Short day trip to the Oregon coast. I forget that the actual beach in summer is windy and dumb. Winter is so much better.

Hot today. Temps will only be as low as 60 overnight.

Friday and breakfast with tess. It was good to catch up with her and hear all the news.

Had a pleasant day hanging out with dad for a bit. We visited an old church friend. She’s pretty elderly and awful lonely. I hope it won’t be long before her family gets her into a more stable place.

Did some curtain shopping for dads living room. Found some for 50. Hope they’ll do ok.
