Well, my staycation is over. I enjoyed most of it thoroughly. Lots of reading and popsicles and hanging out at home.

Today I had an early lunch at a friend’s house, tea in the park, and hamburgers at dad’s house. And some popsicles. And by some I mean a lot. Its summer lol!!

I’ll be glad to get back to work tomorrow.

I bought new tires for my car, then read for the rest of the day.

Very low-key day but it was nice

Tuesday may be slightly more exciting lol

It was lovely walking around the Portland art museum. A lot of the exhibits were closed, of course, but there were new things to see.

I had lunch at the “best thai food takeout in town” but it was just ok. It did succeed in giving me a carb coma, tho. The drive home was tedious.

I spent the rest of the day napping. It’s a vacation!

A few movies came in the mail, but I ended up watching Highlander for the umpteenth time

Glad the yard sale was yesterday lol

Spent a little time in veneta visiting dad, then an errand, then home.

Tomorrow I’ll go to Portland to see what’s on at the art museum. I have to look at paintings at least once on this vacation time off!!
