Nothing much to report today. It was really cold for a walk but it cleared up and I’m glad I went out after all.

I spent the rest of the day eating up the food in the fridge and going outside. Dad and I are going on a road trip to reno for a few days and we’ll be doing a lot of sitting.

I was horrified today to find that it took 9 days to complete my one and only resolution. It appears that if you work at something, results follow.

So anyway now I’ll have to go ahead and find some other goals

Only watched one movie today, Grosse Pointe Blank. One of my favorites and the soundtrack is amazing

I watched 4 movies today, Sweeney Todd, the running man, the shining, and v for vendetta.

Also today I had a nice walk in the sun, and went shopping for a jacket for Charisma in Woodburn. We stopped for lunch at red Robin.

I forgot to get half and half for tomorrow’s coffee. Boo.

A pleasant day all told. A walk and some lunch with dad. We worked a little on two projects. Talked about life and politics and religion lol.

After that I picked Charisma up from school for my weekly hang out time. We went to the video arcade, which is torture for me and fun for her. I give her whatever her little heart desires so also she got ice cream, candy, and a soda pop. Love that kid.

For my movie I watched 2001, the sci-fi classic. As usual I fast forwarded through the trippy part at the end.

Nice day

Well, all in all that was a very satisfying day. For once the sun was out, that sure made today’s walk really pleasant.

Had a small lunch then went down to the university for a coffee. There’s a piano in the lounge that, if you’re lucky, someone will come along and play. Today the player was just great. She gave us some Elton john, James Taylor, the Beatles, a showtune medley, and more. She clearly was practicing but damn if it wasn’t very enjoyable just the same.

After that it was time to meet a friend at the art museum, and then get a drink and some nibbles. Really a nice time.

Now I have a wine headache and am enjoying a little Total Recall on the boob tube
