What did I do today, what did I do today…hmmm….hmmmm. not a lot it seems.

Took 3 walks, ate a bunch of snacks and bacon, finished my laundry, some paperwork, watched a movie. I also had a short nap.

Well I’m back from reno and am relaxing on my couch. It’s lovely to be out of the car.

It was great to spend a few days with family. The covid has been hard for people like me that love to visit in person.

In the last three days I’ve seen maybe a dozen bald eagles! What gives?? Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.

Maybe by tomorrow mom’s memory care place will allow visitors. Fingers crossed.

Goodnight all

Started my day off with some existential dread. That didn’t last too long thank goodness because somebody else made the coffee today.

Had a nice little walk with Michael and talked about life and death. Also we watched the planes land at the Reno airport for a while.

After lunch I went on an actual walk and found out a little about the real estate market here. It’s nuts. A time share condo is unbelievably overpriced if even available. The property hunt is brutal. Property values are doubling in 7 years.

Anyhoo, had a fun game of scrabble and some TV to end the day.

Tomorrow another long drive.

Looooonnnggg drive today. I rented an suv because even I don’t want to spend 9 hours in my econobox. Not too many people on the road so that was nice

Having a nice time catching up with Theresa and Michael. Hoping for a chance to take a walk tomorrow in this very nice neighborhood.
