I’m such a dumbass that today, a 100 degree day, was the day I went for a walk between 11 and 1. Christ it was hot. I’ll be lucky to get away with a sunburn only on my forearms.
In every other way I felt so much better. I may have to stop drinking completely. For every time I have more then a couple of beers, I have to spend an entire day feeling depressed and weird.
Anyway, tomorrow I’ll try to get away from the heat. Maybe go up to sisters.
