Once again I fell asleep way too early. Now it’s 3 am and I’m up. This is dumb.
On another note, Friday was good. Got all my chores done and the weekend is free to do whatever. Restarting keto on Saturday.
I’m astonished to report that despite treating my body as a trash can on vacation, I lost 2 pounds. All that walking was good for something. Man, I’m gonna miss those 39 cent Lidl cookies. Sigh.
