Man, my shoulder is killing me. I should really start doing what my physical therapist told me to do.

Read two books today and watched a few movies. Not very good ones but there you are. My walk was cold but I had many layers so that helped. Lots of folks out downtown for a Sunday.

Had Joe and crew over for supermarket pizza. It was fun. Joe started teaching Charisma to armpit fart; I sure love that kid. She’s not very good but I could see that she was really trying lol.

Mom’s doing good. Sleeping a lot but that’s normal for being sick.

Not sure if I ever posted this one. It’s from a couple weeks ago. She always gets mint chocolate chip for some reason.
