Just pedaled around looking at old stuff and enjoyed myself.
The free bikes at my homestay are in good shape, and the land is flat. Ahhhh, I love it when biking is easy.
The Old Town doesn’t technically cost anything, but if you want to do anything other than shop, you have to buy these little tickets that let you into some small points of interest. It’s worth it. Each place is at least a little historic, and you could stay busy all day looking from place to place, getting coffees, etc. Allisa and I went to a similar place outside of Shanghai.
I tried to go to the most popular sandwich place in town, the one Anthony Bourdain went to…wayyyyyyy too crowded. So on I went to number 2…only person in the place and it was delicious. Cheap too. Clearly, fame isn’t everything.
Also I took a nap.
Goodnight everyone
